Employee feedback drives our success. We conduct multiple employee feedback surveys a year, asking our
24,500 associates questions about progress towards our vision and values and where we can improve.
Our survey participation rate is over 80% and we consistently score over 80% in overall employee
satisfaction. We use the results to further develop programs to drive employee engagement and make Avis
