Our Intern Program

Our structured 10-week ‘Accelerate’ intern program is split into two groups: Corporate interns and Rental Location interns. These programs will immerse you in the vehicle rental industry where you will gain valuable experience and work alongside best-in-class professionals in your area of interest.

As part of the Corporate Intern program, you’ll interact with our Senior Leadership team, visit Rental Locations to help you understand how our business operates and participate in personal and leadership development programs.
Our Rental Location program is focused on finding our next set of Rental Location leaders. To help you get there faster, you will be provided with dynamic training on effective management, scheduling, and workplace safety. You will get hands-on experience of managing, motivating and developing front line employees, managing our fleet, maximizing revenue, and ensuring we deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Our Graduate Program

Through our ‘Accelerate’ Graduate Program, we’ll get you up to speed and navigating your career route, fast! Our 15-week graduate program is geared toward recent college graduates looking to put their careers in drive in both Corporate and Rental Locations.

During those 15 weeks, participants will gain cross-functional experience working in various departments, to better understand the interdependencies of the organization.
