Join Our Dynamic Replacement team as a Replacement Specialist for B2B German speaking customers at Avis Budget Group!

What you´ll do:
Phone answering to take orders from German speaking assistance companies who are based in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Verification of feasibility by contacting Avis rental stations, execute the reservation in Avis internal systems and confirm the reservation number to the international assistance companies.
Order acceptance via phone and email from our insurance companies, assistance/leasing companies and from damage network service providers. Followed by coordination with customers car workshop & rental stations.
You should apply if you bring:
Fluency in German language (both written and verbal) – C1 level.
English at an intermediate level (B1)
User level knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Minimum 6 months previous relevant experience
Ready to work in 24hours/365 days operation team.
We will offer you:
3 months full-time contract plus extended to 1 year plus permanent.
Hybrid model
9000 Zloty per month plus bonus.
