Job Overview:
The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for helping to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, customer engagement and drive revenue across the North American territory of our global organization. This role requires a combination of creative, critical and analytical to ensure brand presence and messaging aligns with company goals. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing Communications, other marketing disciplines and internal departments in development and management of marketing opportunities.
What you’ll do:
- Brand Integrity: Ensure all marketing materials, digital content, and social media assets align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging. Collaborate with internal marketing teams and cross-functional departments to guide any/all creative output from briefing to final deliverables.
- Execute: tactical and creative marketing projects across various media including digital, physical locations and through various partnerships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders including but not limited to sales, design & construction and operations disciplines to create integrated campaigns that amplify brand messaging across multiple channels.
- Platform Strategy & Execution: Manage the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms. Work with internal teams and external agencies to understand key initiatives and deliver solutions for social space.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports to the Director of Marketing Communications on insights and growth metrics. Track KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance.
- Management of sports sponsorships and cause marketing partnerships.
You should apply if you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, related field or relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and oversee creation of compelling brand content that engages audiences.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, detail, and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), and best practices for each. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Proficient with social media management & analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.) and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
