Job description

We are searching for top-notch customer service and operations consultants or what we call Rental Operations Agents to ensure our customers receive excellent customer service at our Queenstown location.

  • Multiple Part-Time Positions (16 hrs, 24 hrs and 19 hrs per week)

  • Fixed Term until end April 2025 - calling all working holiday visa holders

  • Based 2 minutes away from the Queenstown Airport

About the Role  

From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings, process payments, resolve customer queries/disputes and do daily reporting.

To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages, drive vehicles between locations, assist with fleet management and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.

What we are looking for: 

  • Preferably looking for someone with a minimum 3 months working experience in the car rental industry (highly advantageous) but any previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles will be needed.

  • Bilingual speaker with English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) or Korean will be highly advantageous.

  • Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service. 

  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)

  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards. 

We operate 7 days a week, 8 am to 8 pm, where you will be required to work as per our rotating roster for your part-time role that could include early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
