The impact you’ll make:
Inputs and maintains contract information in several databases for rates and terms agreed upon with the Avis, Budget, and Payless customer. Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of customer data, discount numbers, and rates for US, Canada, and Latin America/Caribbean. Reviews all Sales segment contracts to ensure compliance with established ABG guidelines. Fields questions, troubleshoots, and provides support to Sales and other internal customers related to ABG contracted terms and conditions.
Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.
What you’ll do:
- Reviews US, Canada, and Latin America/Caribbean ABG Sales & Marketing contracts to ensure contract verbiage is compliant with established ABG guidelines.
- Enters and maintains rates, discounts, and various programs in several databases as needed to ensure delivery of ABG contracted terms and conditions.
- Maintains central library of all original contracts, related documentation, and correspondence for Sales, Marketing within ABG internet-based repository (Filnet) for record retention.
- Performs user acceptance testing for system development and enhancements. Performs quality checks and conducts system testing to ensure accuracy of loaded information in related databases.
- Participates in special projects and/or conducts various other duties as may be required or assigned.
- Complete rate checks and administer macros as needed for rate validation.
- Maintain and update documentation including a quality manual of systems, processes, training materials and forms.
- Provide support to all inquiries related to rate/rental from various departments related to all contract terms for Large Commercial, Mid-Market, Tour, Partnerships, and Association customers.
- Enters and maintains ABG Sales ARP rebate system.
- Ability to multi-task multiple projects while ensuring accuracy to meet aggressive deadlines.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
What we’re looking for:
- reservations/sales/rental experience required.
- Preferred candidate will have two years of previous contract review/administration experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Highly proficient/advanced PC skills using MS Outlook, MS Office and multiple specialized software applications, including ADOBE Acrobat
- Strong analytical, mathematical skills, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Good time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Preferred candidate will have proficient skills and working knowledge of related systems (Wizard, GDS, MS Query, Salesforce etc.).
- Regular and punctual attendance required
