We recruit from over 600 employment and diversity sites and partner with a community of over 15,000 local diversity organizations.

Our #PowerofDIFFERENT diversity, equity and inclusion strategy creates community with four Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). The goal of each group is to educate and inform our broader workforce of cultural differences to create an inclusive work environment. In addition, the ERGs create programs to attract, retain, develop, and advance the careers of underrepresented demographic groups. We are proud of the work accomplished to date and look for additional ERGs to form.

We are committed to ensuring our associates are paid on the basis of qualifications and not gender. We have set a public target of maintaining 100% gender pay equity at all levels by 2030 globally. We are proud to say that we are currently on track to achieve that goal.

We have a long-standing track record of supporting diverse businesses and have been an active member of the Billion Dollar Roundtable (BDR) since 2009. BDR mandates that all corporate members spend at least one billion dollars annually with certified minority and women-owned businesses. We are proud to be the only representative of the BDR from the vehicle rental industry. We have set a $10BN diverse supplier public target by 2030 and are well on our way to achievement.
