Credit & Collections Analyst (Broker Team)

What you´ll do:

• Managing client accounts receivables portfolio and credit lines.

• Sending balance information, statements, and invoice copies.

• Keeping customer database and accounts up-to-date.

• Dispute management.

• Cash allocation.

• Managing relationships with customers, partners, and car rental stations.

• Cooperating with departments in the BSC and in the countries.

You should apply if you bring:

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Familiarity with Receivables processes or prior Collection experience is a huge plus, but not a must.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office especially Excel.

• Strong oral and written communication skills in a B2B environment.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion would be desired.

• A collaborative mindset with a drive to be the best together!
