The 10 Week Accelerate Internship Program consists of: 

• Learning the ins and outs of your department 

• Professional development workshops 

• Hear from our leaders to learn more about our business 

• Network with our senior leadership team  

• Visit our field operations to learn how your team influences our daily operations

What you’ll do:   

You will work closely across with project owners across the organization to support various business improvement initiatives, with specific responsibilities including:

• Performing strategic and financial analyses and coming up with recommendations based on findings

• Coordinating with key stakeholders, owners, and resources needed to implement initiatives

• Reporting to relevant stakeholders your key progress on a regular basis

• Supporting various ad-hoc projects with Electrical Vehicle (EV) infrastructure, real estate, and construction teams

• Developing a project with guidance that will drive value and insights to the organization and present to business leaders at the conclusion of their internship

What we’re looking for: 

• Active enrollment at college/university, majoring in a STEM or business-related field, with a graduation date of spring 2026.

• Ability to work 35 hours a week at our World HQ in Parsippany, NJ 

• Sense of time management and able to prioritize in a fast paced, high pressure, constantly changing environment

• Proficient to advanced computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint, with additional proficiency in Tableau and SQL preferred

• Ownership mentality and able to work independently while demonstrating thoroughness and attention to detail

• Teamwork skills, able to communicate effectively and demonstrate willingness to participate and help others

• Desire to learn and ask questions
