Legal

Our legal team works across all business units to establish and maintain our reputation and set our high standards on how we do business. They solve unique problems, drive improvement, and handle our policies.

The 10 Week Accelerate Internship Program consists of: 

• Learning the ins and outs of your department 

• Professional development workshops 

• Hear from our leaders to learn more about our business 

• Network with our senior leadership team  

• Visit our field operations to learn how your team influences our daily operations

What you’ll do:   

• Assist with hands-on legal projects that may include legal and factual research and writing  

• Assist with preparation and review of NDA and similar agreements  

• Assist with the review, internal investigation and response to Subpoenas, small claims matters and legal inquires  

• Assist with all aspects of general document management specifically related to litigation  

• Assist with the creation of internal presentations for review by senior management  

• Analyze contracts  

• Assist with legal operations data analysis and reporting  

• Assist with other compliance and legal related tasks  

• Specific tasks will be based on more detailed determination of applicant capabilities  

What we’re looking for: 

• Active enrollment at college/university or Law School. 

• Ability to work 35 hours a week at our World HQ in Parsippany, NJ 

• Able to prioritize in a fast paced, high pressure, constantly changing environment; Good sense of urgency and time management 

• Proficient to advanced computer skills including MS Outlook, Word Excel and PowerPoint 

• Detail oriented; Demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work 

• Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others, but also the ability to work independently 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
