The impact you’d drive:

The team of Technical Portfolio and Project Managers, working to deliver cross value stream initiatives and sophisticated programs in line with the Product Centric Agile Operating Model, whilst ensuring solutions are aligned to the Global technology strategy. The candidate will have a solid grasp of how to scale Lean and Agile practices and understand the outstanding opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development program.

What you’ll do:

• Guide key partners through delivery process
• Capture Business priorities into technology dependencies to deliver and collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to roadmap products and solutions in line with Strategy
• Achieve desired business outcomes through driving coordinated delivery across values streams, applying knowledge of current technology capabilities, industry trends and standard process.
• Lead the Time Boxed planning and release cycles for the mission
• Establish and supervise metrics to measure progress against desired outcomes, return on investment/ value for money and use of technology team capacity.
• Manage budget planning for technology teams required to support the mission
• Track and communicate: What do we get by when and tracking that what was planned was achieved
• Build culture of hard-working team

• Highly organized, action focused and results/solution oriented – “can do attitude”
• Builds a strong relationship and credibility with key collaborators within Technology Services and across Capability leads
• Considers Global, EMEA and Regional teams
• Ability to run multiple projects, prioritize and resolve conflicts
• Experience of delivering large programs of change in an Agile Operating model
• Collaborate with Value Stream leads for cross stream solutions
