Join our dynamic Team as a Billing Specialist at Avis Budget Group BSC in Budapest!

Your responsibilities will include:
Investigating invoices when customers disagree with it
Acknowledging customer complaints and complete all relevant administration associated with resolving the cases on a day-to-day basis on agreed SLA, to maintain accurate records of all complaints and ensure they are effectively resolved
Cooperating with departments in the BSC
Ensuring consistent, efficient and successful resolution of all Italy/UK queries submitted by our collection and customer service teams
Continuously striving for process improvement, actively contributing to knowledge and idea sharing within the team
You should apply if you bring:
Intermediate English proficiency (used in writing).
Basic Italian language knowledge is an advantage
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong written communication skills in a B2B environment.
Ideally, 1 year of experience in an Accounts Receivables role, but talented and capable fresh graduates are also welcome.
