Job description

Job Title: Operations Planning & Parts Supervisor
Location: London, Victoria
Hours: 45 hrs per week. Monday – Friday
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Department Overview:

With a fleet of over 3000 vehicles, the Operations team are responsible for maintaining the fleet condition, managing vendors and providing safe vehicles for its members. The Operations department provide a crossover between all other business departments including Risk and Insurance, B2B, Fleet and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Triage work assigned to the internal field team.
  • Plan efficient routes within London for the field team.
  • Ensure parts or equipment required to complete tasks are ordered.
  • Provide feedback to help improve downtime.
  • Coordinate annual leave requests to optimes available resources
  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative targets for individual performance
  • Collaborate with team members and different departments to share knowledge, identify efficiencies and achieve set targets
  • Contributing a positive impact on our NPS score
  • Responding to queries and requests from other business areas
  • Understand spend by budget control
  • Work with external suppliers to meet the business needs
  • Be present in our London office to meet the team regularly

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage time effectively: multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Articulate reward and raise concerns when underperforming.
  • High level of personal drive, sound judgment and ability to work on your own initiative to follow through issues to the end.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think logically and draw conclusions from a variety of information sources.
  • Understanding of Microsoft systems
  • Have experience in planning and mapping
