Loss Prevention Overdue Lead

Performs daily activities related to the overdue and repossession processes for Loss Prevention. The lead serves as the subject matter expert by providing training, support, and setting priorities for our offshore Conduent team. As well as collaborating with our VAB team and leadership.

What you'll do:

Core Responsibilities

• Perform daily Zoom department queue Call monitoring including completion of Call monitoring audit forms, identifying opportunities for coaching and ensuring proper coverage for inbound calls
• Receive and manage Escalated customer calls
• Compile and maintain team’s weekly Zoom performance reporting
• Partner with members of ABG and Conduent leadership as required, including weekly Governance meetings
• Compile data for management reports and regular departmental performance reports
• Conduct ongoing training and development (1:1 meeting with team members)
• Provide support for transformational projects

What we're looking for:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of related experience
• Knowledge of Loss Prevention overdue related practices
• Proficiency in Wizard/Bluezone, DMP and the Palantir (Compass) platform
• Demonstrated history of accuracy and attention to detail, efficiency, critical thinking and sound judgment, ability to act with urgency
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as superb time management and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ability to navigate various PC systems
