What you´ll do:

• Managing the relationship with Avis Budget Group customers, partners, and rental stations.

• Managing overdue rentals: investigating reasons for delay, extending rental agreements where needed.

• Handling long-term rentals requiring relationship management with corporate clients.

• Gathering the available relevant information in Avis sources and databases for solving the problems.

• Contributing to recognizing the opportunities for improving processes.

You should apply if you bring:

• Advanced Italian knowledge and intermediate English proficiency.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office especially Excel.

• Strong oral and written communication skills in a B2B environment.

• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking skills.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills, logical and proactive thinking.
