Join our dynamic Team as a Rental Operations Intern at Avis Budget Group BSC in Budapest!
Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for Spanish language? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Intern to join our Spanish Rental Operations team. Your responsibilities will include:
Manage the relationship with Avis Budget Group customers, partners and rental stations via phone (mostly outbound calls) and email.
Manage / cooperate in overdue rentals: investigating reasons for delay, extending rental agreement where needed.
Gather available relevant information in Avis sources and databases for solving the problems.
Precise administration.
What we are looking for:
Previous work experience as a student is an advantage.
Advanced Spanish and intermediate English proficiency.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office especially Excel
Strong oral and written communication.
