HR - Payroll Intern

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for administrative tasks? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Intern to join our Payroll team. What you´ll do:

• Resolving employee queries related to Payroll via email.

• Active participation in the preparation of leaver calculations.

• Preparing payroll data for payroll partners (sick leave, personal data, etc.).

• Mutual agreement preparation.

• Filing, archiving, document validations.

• Posting related tasks.

You are a great fit if you:

• are native in Hungarian and have confident, intermediate level of English (verbal, written)

• have student status: you are currently enrolled in college or university and have a valid student identification card

• are able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

• can use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) confidently

• are attentive to details

• have excellent communication skills

• have a collaborative mindset with a drive to be the best together!
