We’re seeking an HR Generalist to provide real-time support to our team members and ensure the seamless execution of HR processes. In this role, you will take ownership of key administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding – while also supporting HR Business Partners in various HR projects and initiatives. 

Your Responsibilities will include: 

  • Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, internal moves, contract modifications, offboarding). 

  • Ensure accurate data management in HR systems (Workday) and maintain compliance. 

  • Handle HR administration, including home travel expenses, student timesheets, and medical check-ins. 

  • Collaborate with HR4U (Tulsa, US) and Payroll teams to support smooth operations. 

  • Assist HR Business Partners with administrative tasks and HR projects. 

  • Keep HR policies and documentation up to date. 

  • Identify process improvements and proactively enhance efficiency. 

What we are looking for: 

  • High school diploma (specialization in HR, communication, or marketing is a plus). 

  • Strong English language skills (written and verbal). 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR systems (Workday experience is a plus). 

  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. 

  • Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
