We have a unique opportunity for a Fleet Logistics Lead to join our amazing team!
Based at our new Fleet Logistics Centre just outside the Auckland Airport
On site position (non-hybrid working role)
Monday – Friday role working 40-hours per week (additional hours from time to time as and when required)
About the Role
As Fleet Logistics Lead you will oversee the installation and removal processes in our rental fleet, including manage devices and keys across New Zealand, and support the Operations team with vehicle related inquiries.
You will also focus on enhancing customer experience through our mobile app, manage relationships with external partners, and data analysis. Distributing regular performance reports, leveraging data to improve business metrics, and defining geofences for optimal data use. Additionally, the role requires troubleshooting and enhancing on various platforms.
Key accountabilities will include:
Develop and maintain the installation and removal schedules.
Manage internal and external stakeholders.
Distribution and management of devices.
Distribution and management of keys across NZ.
Support Operations team relating to vehicle related enquiries.
Day to day management with external partners.
Data analysis.
Distribution of daily | weekly | monthly results to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas to improve revenues, recoveries, and costs across the business.
Collaborate with Operations.
Use different platforms for troubleshooting and future enhancements.
What we’re looking for
Relevant qualification business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field desirable with proven ability in data analysis, project management, or connected vehicle technologies being highly beneficial.
Ability to work on site as the role requires a lot of movement within the site and in and out of cars.
Besides the above you will need to be:
Able to work/develop a schedule to achieve tight deadlines.
Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
Able to work with key stakeholders both internal and external.
Inquisitive in nature to troubleshoot the challenges that arise.
Training experience (preferable not mandatory).
Computer literacy mandatory.
