The Role

The Fleet and Service Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Fleet Manager, completing all administrative tasks in relation to the maintenance and damage of the fleet, for all Brands across Singapore, in a timely and efficient manner.  

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Fleet Manager with movement of vehicles (physically and virtually).
  • Input vehicles into system and associated on-fleeting paperwork and processing.
  • Identifies and relocates Sale vehicles within the specified timeframes and grounds units in preparation to be sold accordingly.
  • Identify and ground cars due for service ensuring vehicles are serviced on a timely basis.
  • Assist with movement of vehicles and ensure vehicle statuses are updated in system.
  • Answering phone enquiries and providing breakdown assistance.
  • Processing accident reports and seeking repair quotations in applicable internal systems.
  • Ensures Rollovers are completed monthly, all SRN fleet are always accounted for, and the VARMENU is accurate at all times.
  • Ensure fines and charges are processed correctly.
  • Raise, maintain, and receipt Purchase Orders through the specified ABG software.
  • Dealing professionally with internal and external customers and stakeholders while carrying out duties.
  • Attend company/manufacturer training as necessary.
  • Driving vehicles as required.
  • General administrative duties as required.
  • Other duties as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administrative experience, previous experience in Fleet Management is highly regarded
  • Have a Driver Licence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while of multi-tasking capabilities 
  • Ability to working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service
  • Excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision.
