Finance Advisor
The Retail Excellence Finance Advisor will be assisting customers with a virtual purchase of a vehicle. In this role you will be presenting finance options and offering ancillary products to enhance their purchase investment.
The Finance Advisor will submit credit applications, review decisions for profit optimization, finalize loan and DMV documents with the customer. Exceptional customer service will always be provided to our clients throughout all phases of the purchase and thereafter.
What you’ll do:
- Produce revenue by selling ancillary products by one of our approved Vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk a customer through a virtual purchase process.
- Utilize CRM and DMS systems to ensure completion of credit applications and loan documentation.
- Clear communication with other departments to assist with customer escalations.
- Ability to manage a portfolio at a minimum of 25 clients.
- Understanding of F&I Compliance Regulations
- Maintain key metrics set by management.
- Experienced with reviewing, validating and confirming accuracy of required documentation.
- Able to work in a technology driven application process flow
What we’re looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- BA/BS preferred
- Experience with DealerTrack/RoutOne
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds desking (or similar)
- Knowledge of DMV forms & processes
Skills and abilities, you should have:
- Exceptional Lender relations
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation of lender offers and backend products
- Full understanding of Ancillary products provided from an F&I office
- Self- motivated
