What you´ll do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the EMEA region within the field of expertise.
Participate in various internal, EMEA, and international projects related to the field of expertise.
Ensure that procedures within the scope are operating effectively and in compliance with regulations.
Propose and implement process improvements relevant to the field of expertise.
Provide support and expertise to the team regarding process-related inquiries.
Conduct quality checks and provide feedback to leaders based on observations.
Plan and conduct trainings based on identified needs or ongoing projects.
Participate actively in meetings and workshops related to the designated field of expertise.
Update and maintain accuracy of data in the "performance measure" file.
You should apply if you bring:
Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
Spanish and Portuguese knowledge is an advantage.
University or college degree preferred but not required.
Experience in Billing Solutions operations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Proactivity with a can-do attitude.
Confidence in decision-making and taking ownership of tasks.
Logical thinking as well as analytical skills.
Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
