Summary:

The Director Digital Products is responsible for all digital products worldwide, focusing on desktop and mobile applications. In this pivotal role, you will lead the vision and strategy for our digital product offerings, ensuring they align with our business objectives and enhance the customer journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, drive innovation, and implement cutting-edge technology solutions. Your leadership will not only shape the digital landscape of our organization but also influence the way we engage with customers globally. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to propel our digital transformation and achieve sustainable growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive digital transformation aligned with revenue and profit growth goals.
  • Oversee digital product strategy, user experience, and performance optimization in collaboration with IT, marketing, and other teams.
  • Develop new digital initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Lead the digital product team and manage agency partners to ensure a cohesive product roadmap.

You should apply if you bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7–10+ years of managerial experience in travel, retail, or consumer-driven businesses.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
  • Expertise in e-commerce technologies, including user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • A track record of successful digital commerce strategies and data-driven decision-making.
