Customer Services Representative (Part-Time)

A rare opportunity has become available to join the commercial side of our business that leases cars, vans, utes and trucks (large and small) in the North Shore.

As what we call a Rental Sales Agent you will the face of our business as customers come to collect or return their rental vehicles.

• Part-Time position (32-hours per week)

About the Role  

From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, assist with their rental needs promote and market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.  You will also assist with general customer enquiries and finding resolutions to queries.

To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening

• Review in detail our various add on’s and services as to determine what may best suit the customer.

• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively.

• Complete rental bookings and process payments in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner

• Answering customer questions and queries

What we are looking for:

• Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role, class 2, 4 or 5 will be highly beneficial

• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service 

• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)

• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards 

We operate from 7 am to 3 pm each day during the week but there may be a requirement for you to work an occasional Saturday from 7am – 12pm. Further information on shifts and your availability will be discussed at interview if successful.
