Based at our Palmerston North Airport Branch, we have a permanent, full-time position available, working 40 hours per week. 

In your 40-hour week we would look to schedule you on 5 x 8-hour shifts working during our operational hours which is 7-days a week (Monday - Sunday) between the hours of 7:30 am - 8:00 pm which means you could be rostered to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends as required.

About the Role 

As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in both front of house and back of house aspects of our business!  At the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.

On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars. There may be a need to clean vehicles from time to time if need be.

What we are looking for:

  • Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role.

  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.

  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)

  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
