  • Permanent, full-time (40-hours per week) position available

About the Role  

In this role you will cover both front and back of house, this means you be required to inspect cars for damages, refuel and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles both interior and exterior to ensure our customers get the best experience.

You will also work from our customer counter where you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.

What we are looking for:

  • Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role.

  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service. 

  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)

  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards. 


As we operate 7 days a week from 0800 to 2030 each day, you will be required to work during our operating hours as per our rotating roster. This means you could be scheduled to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
