Great customer service skills and not afraid to get your hands dirty? We have an opportunity for you to join as a what we call a Rental Operations Agent and become a part of our amazing Hamilton team!

  • Permanent position available

  • Full-Time working 40-hours per week

  • Hamilton based covering both city and airport locations

  • Entry level role with training provided

About the Role  

In this role you will cover both front and back of house operations, at the front of house, from our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.

At the back of house, you be required to inspect cars for damages, refuel and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles both interior and exterior to ensure our customers get the best experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role.

  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service. 

  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)

  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards. 


We operate 7 days a week from 7 am until 8:30 pm. In this role you will be required to work 40-hours per week during our operating hours on a rotating roster. As a result you could be scheduled to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
