Our Greymouth location is looking for what we call a Rental Operations Agent to join our wonderful team!

  • Part Time (20 hours per week) position available

About the Role 

This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations.  At the back you will be required to inspect vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, refuelling vehicles, driving and parking our cars and the bulk of the work will be cleaning vehicles (interior, exterior and vacuuming) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.

For the other 50% of this role, you will be in the front at the counter interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings and making sure our customers receive exceptional service.

What we are looking for:

  • Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role.

  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.

  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)

  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.

We work 7 days per week from 7:30 am to 7 pm, in this part time 20-hour role we are looking to cover the following shift each week:

  • Monday - 08.00 - 14.30

  • Friday - 11.00 - 18.30

  • Saturday - 08.30 - 16.00
