Customer Return Representative

About the Role

This position is responsible for greeting our customer upon their arrival at our rental location. In this position you will assist with the check-in of the renter’s vehicle and vehicle details.  

What you’ll do

• Great customer in a friendly manner and help expedite the rental car return process to help get customers on their way
• Assess vehicle for any potential new damages and report it as per ABG’s vehicle damage procedure
• Review returned vehicle gas levels and car kilometers while accurately inputting them into our hand held devices when needed
• Clean and prepare vehicles as per company standards

What we’re looking for:

• Applicants must have a full and valid driver’s licence
• This is a casual position that requires a minimum availability of 3-4 days per week
• A customer-focused, collaborative and adaptable approach to work each day
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
