At Avis Budget Group, we’re on the lookout for a talented Automation Developer to enhance our Business Process Improvement team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions using tools such as UI Path, Office 365, and Smartsheet.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation processes.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency through automation.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation scripts to ensure reliability and performance.
- Support financial systems by creating tools to improve data quality, perform validations, and address exceptions.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance evaluations for automation solutions.
- Provide technical expertise to stakeholders and ensure adherence to PCI and SOX compliance standards.
- Document processes, scripts, and solutions to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 or 3 years of experience low-code automation solutions is essential.
- Good understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and its applications.
- Basic experience in SQL.
- Good knowledge in UiPath.
- At least one year of experience working within a shared services centre environment.
- Availability to work 2 or 3 days per week at the office..
- Previous experience in developing and implementing automation solutions.
- Familiarity with data quality improvement, cleansing, and validation processes.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively in a B2B environment.
