We have an opportunity for an Analyst to join our team based in Mascot Sydney supporting our Fleet Division analysing fleet data and admin. Your focus will be on key areas like reporting, insight and data management with responsibility for designing, implementing, evaluation and utilising insightful reports from various information systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks that ensure the smoothly implementation of the strategic planned vision of the department. This position involves generating daily and monthly reports, maintaining accurate data in our internal systems, coordinating with IT on resolving system issue and or implement improvements, collaborating with multiple business units to deliver timely, reliable information.

What you’ll do
Provide support for key Fleet functions, Procurement, Remarketing and Fleet Management.
Generate, review, and distribute daily reports and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Validate data integrity, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions in a timely manner.
Prepare and circulate monthly KPI reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
Produce and present detailed monthly dashboards on fleet performance metrics such as utilisation, costs, and turnover.
Design, manage and Maintain scheduling of reports and ensure accuracy of standardised reporting and dashboards using a range of tools such as SQL, Power BI, Hyperion, Tableau and Excel.
Perform tasks requiring strong mathematical and logical reasoning
Oversee data input, validation, and control within the internal management system.
Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot system-related issues and coordinate enhancements or upgrades.
Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day queries related to fleet data and reporting.
Coordinate with Procurement, Remarketing, and Finance teams to support strategic planning and operational tasks.
Assist in the month-end process by reconciling transactional and financial data for accurate reporting and supporting Accounting and Finance team with focus of fleet
Prepare various monthly and quarterly reports for audit and governance requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Identify potential data or process gaps and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to address business requirements, operational concerns, and reporting needs.
Proactively communicate any issues or opportunities for improvement that could impact fleet performance or data accuracy.
What we’re looking for
Skills/Experience:
Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance with Information Systems major, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in a data-driven, administrative, or analytical role
Demonstrated experience in the ability to analyse large datasets.
Must have Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis, familiarity with Power Query
Proficiency and proven SQL Knowledge with data modelling experience is a must with Tableau, Power bi or similar tools being advantageous.
Demonstrated attention to detail and proven capability in data entry, validation, and reporting.
